Teletherapy, life coach, therapy
Are you or a loved one going through challenging times and want counseling but are unsure of how to fit this into a demanding schedule? In our fast-paced society, there are many stressful responsibilities you have to accomplish. I make seeking out professional counseling services more manageable by offering tele-therapy services through a HIPAA-compliant, confidential platform called BlueJeans at no extra cost. This allows for clients to have more flexibility and offers comfort and privacy with services at home or in a private space.
I specialize in working with adults, couples and families, challenged by trauma, depression, anxiety, anger, behavioral problems, and communication issues. Experienced with both outpatient and inpatient settings, throughout my career, I take a solution-focused approach, offering goal-oriented therapy with a direct, compassionate and collaborative style.
